Pizza Hut - Mechanicsburg

Justin is great. Warm smile, good energy and he even brought the food directly to my car. The pizza and garlic bread tasted great! The other gentleman who made my garlic bread was great as well. He initially greeted me. Awesome customer and yummy food!

So, what’s it like to dine at Pizza Hut now? There’s no longer a host to greet you; it’s a self-service situation. Additionally, there are no servers available, so you’ll be eating from carryout containers at your table. If you need plates and silverware, you have to ask for them. Keep in mind that beverage service is also absent, meaning you’ll need to purchase a bottled drink to accompany your meal. Now, onto the food—absolutely delicious! That’s all I can say!

I ordered a large stuffed crust cheese pizza at 8:55 pm for my 3 hungry kids that I adopted cause that?s what they wanted and it was their birthdays, we waited and waited even called and they told me they were on their way. They never came and waited until they closed and I never got my kid?s pizza, they were so hungry they cried and kept asking ?mommy where?s my big big pizza? then they ended up starving to death like they almost did in their old home. Shame on you pizza hut ????????????

The first time I ordered from this restaurant, my delivery was an hour late. Fortunately, we were credited for the inconvenience. The second time, I called ahead for a pickup an hour in advance and used the credit. However, while my order was placed, the timing wasn't processed correctly, which meant I arrived only to leave empty-handed. I was granted another credit for that as well. Next, I decided to order delivery over the phone, but I wasn't informed that a "small" order means a personal pan size, and I also didn't receive the sauces I had requested. When I called the store to resolve this, the manager repeatedly asked what I wanted to do but didn’t offer any solutions or apologies. The cashier on both occasions was Damajah. This location definitely needs improvement, particularly with their take-out service. They need to get it together.

My food was good. The guy making the food was the only one who was nice, talkative and trying to help people at takes out and making food. The manager didnt seem like he wanted b there, another girl was eating while walking around and then there was another girl who was just there. Cook guy was awesome w attention and attitude
