Panera Bread - Mechanicsburg

Every time I order lunch, my order is never complete. It shouldn't be difficult to get it right. I really enjoy the food, but the service is frustrating.

I had a decent meal here, and the restaurant was clean. However, I found the chicken soup to be quite salty, though I can't recall if that's how it's prepared or if it’s homemade. Additionally, my order took an unexpectedly long time to arrive because the staff were chatting behind the counter. So, if you're in a hurry, this might not be the best place to visit.

Stood at counter while workers stared at me and didn?t take my order. Then proceeded to help the lady who walked in AFTER me. Ordered broc&chedder soup with chips and they gave me chicken noodle with bread on side.

Excellent service and generous portions! The Broccoli Cheddar Soup is amazing!
