Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mechanicsburg

2 carnitas taco dinner to go to 7/20. they have brought them home to eat and they have forgotten the meat for both dinners. we called and they said that this is common and we could get two 2 free dinners next night. they told us that they owed our names to the lists of people who are food from takeout mistakes. we returned to 7/21 just to say that they did not have our names on a list and that they would give us only a free dinner. they were extremely rude during the discussion. they just lost two very loyal customers.

Food is good (other than the fact that there are never fajita veggies) and I'm only leaving a one star because I got food in person at the restaurant and took it to go and was charged a $1 take out fee. I know its not a lot of money but why would anyone charge extra for the meal to be to go?

For the love of god why are you guys always out of fajita veggies!!!!!I've visited 3 times in the last week and you were out every single time. I left without ordering. I won't be trying again. But seriously....WHYYYYYYY?!?!?!

I’m so over this location, Camp Hill on Trindle is much better. This location always messes up my food. It doesn’t matter what I order, it’s either got something I didn’t order, or leaves something off I did put on. It’s insane. The chicken is always so burnt and bitter that I legitimately can’t eat it. Food is also ice cold no exaggeration, you can tell that it hasn’t been hot in a while even when you only take it home 5-8 minutes down the road. They don’t do anything when you pay extra for guacamole to go you just get it home and it’s not there and then you have to go through the app which you don’t usually hear back from trying to get a refund. I know that the food industry is tough right now, but to time and time again mess up someone’s order feels so flippant. People have allergies and the lack of awareness to what is being ordered is very rude if you are a customer on the other side of that. I hope that someone reads all of these negative reviews and actually takes some action. It is a shame someone could get sick eating something because quality control was ignored.

It's ok for a quick bite to eat. Burritos are always a different size depending on who makes them I guess.
