Biscuitville - Mebane

This restaurant consistently delivers an outstanding experience. The staff is friendly, straightforward, and very helpful. The spicy chicken honey is absolutely incredible—it's a must-try!

Don’t like writing bad reviews, but this needs to be said so that you guys can do better from here on out. The first gentlemen that took the order looked like he didn’t even want to be there. After getting off his phone, the approach he gave was a bit unprofessional throughout the entire order process. Don’t think I would want to place my order with him, if I come back, just being honest. The last lady that gave out the order seemed to be annoyed or bothered. The attitude I got asking for one extra condiment, (that they forgot to put inside the bag), was terrible. Even overhearing how she talk to the young men outside was a bit disturbing. Lastly the food. The biscuits were nowhere near of the quality I asked for. I wanted dark brown biscuits and got light brown. Parts of the biscuit taste as if it wasn’t baked/cooked thoroughly. The biscuit was falling apart. Looks like it was just thrown together and not well prepared. The Raspberry swirl was awful. This is actually the second time I’ve gotten it and it was nasty. First time I’ve gotten an overcooked one. This time there was no frosting at all, and it was undercooked. I was upset that I had to throw the entire Raspberry swirl away. Never have I had to throw one away. I really do like Raspberry swirls. With that being said, I hope you guys do a better job with your service and food.

I never eaten at a biscuitville before. Breakfast was very good. There are eggs tasted like free range. Don't know if they were or not. Pancakes were very good. Service was a little slow if this is fast food. But for a diner, regular wait. Parking was a little difficult to get out of as the drive-thru blocks the parking spaces.

It was decent. I have no complaints; it just wasn't the best biscuit I've ever tasted.

This is one of the best Biscuitville locations! It can get busy and have long lines during peak breakfast hours. Generally, everything is served hot and fresh. Occasionally, after 1 PM, the food may not be as warm and fresh, but that's a rare situation. Overall, the staff is always friendly in my experience. I keep coming back for more regardless!
