The food was bland and not at all the flavours of a typical Chinese takeaway , I Wanted ribs expected usual pork ribs received lamb and was bizarre to say the least.. the price is extortionate for such poor quality food I recommend avoiding this place at all costs Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Ordered food about 2 weeks ago it was disgusting left a bad review on just eat. On Saturday evening I received a telephone call saying the resteraunt had received my complaint. Explained my situation and was told to call Sunday to be given some free food. I called as asked to and ordered waited an hour so called back to be told I could not have free food. I asked to speak to the manager who I was told was in on Tuesday so today I have called to get the same guy as Sunday saying can't have free food and hung up the phone. What a great way to desk with complaints.

I recently endured the most abysmal dining experience of my life at New Taste of China, and I feel it's my civic duty to warn others. My order arrived an unforgivable 45 minutes late, but that was merely the beginning of a series of appalling missteps. The food was not just bad; it was inedible. It was as if someone had concocted a culinary nightmare designed to insult the taste buds. Several items from my order were missing, and when I called to remedy the situation, I was met with nothing but broken promises and astonishing rudeness from both the owner and the driver. The owner's assurance to send the missing food was a blatant lie, reflecting a total lack of integrity. His attitude was beyond rude; it was contemptuous, as if my genuine concerns were a nuisance to him. New Taste of China has managed to redefine the worst in dining experience. It's not just the tasteless food, missing items, or outrageous tardiness; it's the complete and utter disregard for customer service and basic human decency. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. There are countless other establishments that will treat you with respect and serve you food worthy of your hard-earned money. New Taste of China has neither taste nor decency, and it should be considered an affront to good dining.

First time ever in this takeaway! I was looked after by gentleman called Malik, he explained all dishes and gave me some suggestions which worked out really well. Thank you Malik for your excellent customer service! Now the main part..... Food was amazing, noodles cooked to perfection, the sauce was seasoned extremely well and the veg was still crunchy. By the time I drove home food was still warm. Food was cooked fresh! Customer service 9/10 Food 8.5/10 Food service and waiting time 10/10 Yes Yes Yes I do recommend this small Chinese takeaway
