Applewood House - Meaford

During a small getaway in August, we booked the Cortland room at Applewood House BnB. The host warmly greeted us and showed us all the amenities. The home was exceptionally clean, with the whitest sheets I have ever seen. The beds were incredibly plush and comfortable, and there was a spacious bathroom down the hall. For breakfast, we were treated to fresh fruit from a local farm stand and my favorite Yoso yogurt. The coffee was delicious, especially with almond milk. We had a great time lounging by the pool, which was a nice bonus after exploring the area. (Updated review from September 2, 2020)

This establishment is clean, peaceful, and cozy. Kathleen is a welcoming host who offers delectable vegan and vegetarian breakfast options.

We also took advantage of the swimming pool, which was a great way to relax after exploring the area. Overall, our stay at Applewood House was fantastic and we highly recommend it to others.
