Dairy Queen Grill Chill - McMurray

The staff is always friendly and polite. The ice cream is the best. I will drive past other DQ's that are closer to me just to go to this one.

This has to be one of the worst Dairy Queen's ever. After giving this place numerous tries, it never fails to disappoint each time. There was no adult supervision, no manager and all teenagers working. The kids were throwing things and in no hurry to get the orders done. If you're looking for a place to get dessert around here, do yourself a favor and go up to the Rita's in the shopping center.

Really disappointed here. The staff was trying and you could tell they were overwhelmed, but just awful products. We got a raspberry fudge bliss blizzard and a banana split blizzard. The raspberry fudge had no fudge pieces in it and was basically vanilla ice cream. The banana split had half banana pieces on the bottom that weren’t blended, and came out liquid. We were so pumped to come here and will only go to different locations from now on. Don’t come here.

I found a ovine cake. the personal was very accommodating and added a birthday greeting to the cake.

Always super nice! Also, they gave me a lot of sprinkles which made my day! ?
