Arby's - McMurray

The parking lot was very narrow for my car. I wouldn't want to attempt making the turn in my truck. There were a lot of vehicles, and a truck would have a difficult time navigating the curve.

We had a wonderful experience when we visited the restaurant last Friday. The staff was friendly and the new buffalo chicken wrap was delicious. The fries were hot and tasty. The manager and employees at the front desk were nice, particularly the girls with dark hair who greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we enjoyed our meal.

I ordered food and waited 30 minutes for it. When it finally arrived, it was cold and coarse. The bathroom was in dire need of cleaning and there was no soap. There were gnats in my food, dirt in the ice, and in my soda. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Look I go here frequently and every time I go there they forget something or they don't hear you on the drive through speaker and I got to make two trips to get my food it's ridiculous you should hire people that are smarter than your lights

Absolutely nasty food, small quantities, and prices way too high for the quality.
