The Eyrie Vineyards - McMinnville

I really enjoyed the tour of the winery! Our host provided excellent and engaging information. It was nice to learn more about the history of the winery and its vineyards than I had picked up during previous tastings. As a club member, I was already familiar with the wines and some of the history, but I found this extra information fascinating. I'm excited that you're looking into offering drop-in options in the future, as I'm always interested in doing a tasting to remind me of the delightful bottles I have stored away. Having completed the full tour once, I might also have time to do it again!

Really great host providing all the history on the winery. Learned so much about Oregon wines and how the Eyrie became what it is. Plus the wine is probably the best we had in Oregon! Highly recommended!

We received a warm welcome from Jason Lett, one of the finest winemakers in Oregon. It was a fantastic journey exploring the flavors of Pinot Noir, Poulsard, and Chardonnay. His unique ability to craft Oregon wines that are ready to age for decades is remarkable. I had the privilege of tasting and purchasing wines from their library, including selections from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s. It’s a truly outstanding souvenir for any wine lover visiting from France. Thank you, Jason! Eric and Patricia.

The host was friendly and provided a lot of helpful information. However, the restaurant has a large group atmosphere, which isn't what we prefer; we tend to enjoy more intimate settings. This detail wasn't mentioned when we made our reservation.

This is the kind of wine that will stay with you for a lifetime. Our host, Tim Kane, was fantastic. Each wine we tasted was remarkable. Jason Lett has an incredible gift for creating terroir-driven wines. These wines are genuine and are best experienced in a setting that keeps the focus on them. Absolutely magnificent. It was a life-changing wine experience that I will always remember. And Tim, if you see this, I’m planning to come and help with grape picking next year!
