Ransom Wine Co. Distillery Tasting Room

Some of the best gin I have ever had, and I consider myself a gin lover. The Old Tom is well worth the drive over here. I just need to find a consistent seller here in California.

Of the ten wineries we visited in McMinnville, Ransom was the most inviting and comfortable experience we had. As soon as we walked in the door, the smells of fresh pastries put a smile on our faces. Our tasting experience was wonderful, and the staff very knowledgeable without making us feel pressured. Joanne went above and beyond to meet our needs. The wines are top notch, and we ultimately ended up buying several bottles. Definitely highly recommeneded!

Very nice, low-key tasting of wines and spirits. The whites were particular fine and the gewurtztraminer is exceptional.

I had a great time here. I brought over my sandwich and enjoyed myself a flight. The woman who was working there was super friendly and knowledgeable. All of the wines were delightful. My favorite was the Gerwurtzstraminer that surprised me with the bright grapefruit flavors paired with floral notes. Both of the Pinot Noirs were also quite good and had a broad range of flavors.

Great spirits and wine, and the person serving us was knowledgeable and very pleasant.
