Gondola Pizza & Steak House

We sat right away and our server came by quickly and brought our drinks out immediately. Jamie took our food job and it was no time before they brought our food! Jamie was by far the best server I had since I moved to McMinnville last year. Very friendly, looked at us and was super efficient. The food was delicious! I was very impressed with our culinary experience in Gondola this evening.

On a tour and past McMinnville for lunch. For the first time stopped. Had her homemade pizza. Very nice, very reasonable price. Great experience. Good service. Hard to get decent pizza in this part of the country. Would eat there again.

Since 3.5 is not an option, I would rely on a 4 star rating. Dinner. Not the best, but better than a lot of food in the area. It is “above average”. We have cheese pizza, eggplant parmigiana, fatuccine Alfredo and a cannoli. Pizza was okay. Perhaps the least preferred of the dishes we have. Crust was good, cheese was decent. Fatuccine was the best we have. Nice ratio of vegetables. The Aubergine was the strange one. We are from philly and I grew up at home cooked Italian meals and I have never seen Auberginen parmigiana on a Hamburger Bungalow. I was really shocked when I saw it lol. It wasn't bad, but mentally I couldn't get that it wasn't on a Hoagie role. Also the sauce and cheese ratio was somehow weak. More sauces and cheese would go on. But the eggplants were good. Came with a pimple that was also strange for eggplant parm, but also I like pickles so that we were not crazy about it. Overall My wife and I agreed that the food was good enough to try it again. Many signs about the award-winning cheesecake, so I try again atleast, that!

Good food, service, and atmosphere! Family-friendly and excellent for large groups. We we're surprised that there's so many kinds of food to choose from on the menu (found theirs online in advance). Parking was plentiful. Our waiter was just super. There is a lunch buffet. After lunch hours, salad bar and soup is still available. Everything tasted very good. Highly recommended.

I'm a little old-fashioned when it comes to food. When it comes to Italian, spaghetti and pizza are all I had. My wife, my sister-in-law and I went to this restaurant and asked a young man named John what was good, and he told us what he liked. The three different meals we ordered were just the best. Now I'm a big fan of Gondola's restaurant! The people who work there, and the owner, welcomed us with a?you?re home? Atmosphere. I'm from Florida, but when you come through Mcminville Tenn, stop and enjoy some of the best homemade food ever.
