I waited 17 minutes to get up to the order box to place my order then the girls said just one second and now it?s been an additional 11 minutes waiting. I said hello thinking she may have forgotten about me she replied just a secondand I am still waiting. Cars behind me are honking and driving off they are losing business and as I am typing this and takingphotos I still haven?t been helped? still waiting to place my order. This is insane and the worst customer service I have everseen! Hey they finally came on now after waiting 5 more minutes and I ordered two large chocolate malts and they said they don?thave any shakes or malts after all this time!!! Stay away from this place! I?ll make sure to send an email to their CEO as wellas I promise you that he doesn?t know it?s being run this poorly
The food here is good. The wait time is terrible. I mean I could watcha whole NFL game in the drive through with 1 car ahead of me bad. Despite that the food is fresh and hot. The team members are usually very friendly. The beverages are trash tho. Sodasare flat. The banana milkshake was half chocolate milkshake. I ordered a coke the other day not thinking. Flagged the drive thrugirl down 5 times to switch to tea before she made the drink but she never came. She finally came, made the drink, and thenacknowledged that I was waving her down. I asked to switch to iced tea. She said but it 's already made. I said I understand butI was waving you down. She said whatever I guess somebody gonna get a coke with melted ice . I asked about the coffee on mylast visit and the man on the mic told me it 's the absolute worst coffee in the industry. I took his word for it and orderedTea.
Even though the door says otherwise, this is not a 24 hour Whataburger. They close at 9 PM each night. Food isn't very good.
Walked in to the lobby and no one was out front. Manager was working the line and I counted 7 other employees in kitchen. I waited for 20 minutes before anyone came to the front to take my order. There was quite a line behind me at that point. The mgr saw me multiple times but ignored me. Finally he acted like he was surprised I was there and yelled at an employee to get up front and take orders. After my order was taken I waited an additional 30 minutes to get my small order. While I waited the manager yelled at all the employees about an order that left without paying. He yelled at these kids instead of explaining how to do things better. Very poorly run. The drive thru was not backed up either. So no reason for the 50 total minutes to get my order. The kid that brought my order just brought the burger out and handed it to me without a bag...just handed me a wrapped burger. It was To-go. It wasn't even on a tray, he just walked the burger out in his hand.
