Whataburger - McKinney

This is honestly one of the best Whataburger restaurants I’ve ever visited. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. Multiple employees checked in to make sure everything was okay, which made me feel valued as a customer. As I was leaving, I was pleasantly wished a great day. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.

The layout with the two lanes that don’t merge is frustrating and made us wait 20 to 30 minutes with only five cars ahead of us. The food was disappointing. It’s a shame because we passed an In-N-Out halfway to Dallas and I really wish we had chosen to go there instead. If I do end up moving to Texas, I can confidently say that I’ll never choose Whataburger again.

A couple of weeks ago, I received the wrong order. Last week, my order was incorrect as well. Today, I paid for food that wasn’t included in my bag. I called the store and spoke with Sarah, but she never apologized for any of the issues I’ve experienced. I have given this location multiple chances, but it just keeps getting worse. This location is terrible; the staff seems indifferent, and I assume upper management doesn’t care either, given how the business is being run. I definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Worse food I?ve ever had from a Whataburger. Food was luke warm by the time I got home 5 minutes away. And looks like it?s slopped together like it was leftover and it appears undercooked. Waste of money. Food is unedited and threw it OUT!!!!!! I willNEVER EVER visit this location AGAIN. This owner and manager need to take a HARD look at training and food prep. YOU CANNOT.SERVE UNDERCOOKED FOOD.

The employee with manager on his name tag forgot to give me a drink cup when I ordered, and had to be reminded. There were no condiments set out so I had to walk back up to the front where I stood for a couple minutes before an employee walked by and Iasked him for bbq sauce. He just stared at me like he had never heard the words bbq sauce before and walked back over andstarted cleaning the grill. A good location but probably the worst run and managed of the Whataburger chain I have went to.
