Taste Of India - McKinney

I ordered food online at 8:15 PM, and the estimated time of arrival (ETA) was 8:45. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order at 9 PM, I was informed that they had not received it. I showed them the confirmation message I had received, and they quickly began cooking my food. I received my order just five minutes later, but the food was terrible and only half-cooked. It was a complete waste of both money and time. I will not be returning.

The food is great! But the online orders are NEVER on time. If it says food will be ready at 7.15, it means 8.15. Just FYI. But the food is great. I love the lamb or goat Biryani

I ordered online for pickup, and the food was absolutely delicious. The server was fantastic when I arrived to collect my order. Since we don’t have much experience with Indian cuisine, it would have been helpful if the curries were labeled for easier reordering. One curry was mildly spicy and somewhat thin, while the other was a touch sweet and creamy. Both were incredibly flavorful, and depending on our mood, we may choose one over the other next time.

The Indian food here is consistently excellent! The prices are great, and the staff is very friendly. This is my favorite Indian restaurant close to downtown McKinney.

A go-to local Indian restaurant for my family for the past several years. I mainly take the food to go but have dined in several times for dinner or for lunch buffet. I love the food. Pure comfort food for me!
