Smoothie King - McKinney

Two times I ordered smoothies for delivery and two times they failed to deliver. I am beyond frustrated with this store and the owner is not willing to refund my money but will remake the smoothie. Do yourself a favor and go to the smoothie king on Eldorado since they understand customer service and seem to actually care about their customers. Deliver through smoothie king app is trash and they can’t even contact the driver to find out why they didn’t deliver the order. This place needs a new owner asap!

Horrible service the girl working the counter couldn't even smile or say thank you. Fortunately we do not live close so it will not be a problem never returning! Only thing going for this place is the brand name.

Another chance given because I am out of stuff to make my own smoothie at the moment and wanted convenience. Placed order to pickup smoothie after workout and the app said it would be ready by 7:13. I got done early so I came to SK early, and I sit waiting for someone to show up. It's 7:22 and no one is here as of yet. I have to leave and hope to deal with this mess later. Terrible way to do business. As I wait another person arrives, tries the doors and just leaves.

Placed an order online to be picked up as they opened. I also added a container of the Chocolate Gladiator for $50. When I went inside they said they only had vanilla or strawberry. Since I have those flavors of protein at home, I asked if they could just refund me so I could get elsewhere. The guy said it'd be no problem he would do it. I asked if he needed anything else from me and he said no. I reached out yesterday and called the store and was told it'd be taken care of. Needless to say, there is no proof that this will be taken care of anytime soon. I go there almost daily as it's the easiest way to get in the protein I'm seeking, however, I made my own smoothie today. I'm very disappointed with the service and waiting for a $50 refund. This has really ruined my desire to go back.
