Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - McKinney

I don't eat at Popeyes often. I went here for lunch and tried the new shrimp and chicken tender combo meal with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I actually wasn't impressed with the chicken, but the shrimp was great! I never would have imagined liking shrimp more than chicken at Popeyes! If you are on the fence, then go ahead and try the shrimp or fish. It was really good. I love the mashed potatoes and gravy there also. I don't normally eat gravy, but Popeyes is amazing!

The chicken is always good and hot. Staff is friendly. On rare occasions out order has gotten messed up but they staff was quick to fix it. I have to take off one star due to how long it takes sometimes get your food. This causes very long lines both in the drive-through and inside. But overall the chicken is so good, the wait is worth it.
