Mcdonald's - McKinney

I arrived at the payment window and found no one there. I waited, thinking it was one of those situations where someone would show up soon. Eventually, a staff member came over and was ready to take my card. However, since there were people behind me, I felt rushed and couldn't backtrack. I had to ask my companion to pay instead. The staff member didn't apologize and was quite rude about it. I probably won't be returning.

I had a dispute over the bill with the manager at 19:30 on 6 28 2022. he just collected my food from the drive through the window and threw it on the floor in wut. he treated the food he made cheap and respectful. he understood the culture and quality of mcdonald. you will forget the customer service! sneak to mcdonalds management! added is the bill.

Do not go to this place when they look for a bite after midnight. I am completely willing to be patient when a business has difficulties because it is shorthanded. I can't let this happen and deal with the existing employees who are angry and uninterested. I ordered Bbq sauce while I gave up my order and checked when I got my bag. You didn't give the Bbq sauce and I was polite when I asked. So why would you make me mad at asking? If they had thrown it to me, I'm sure they had it. what is the deal when you let people order from computer kiosk? this location is near my house, but it is worth going past to another mcdonald’s.

Store was nice and clean and the food came out fast and fresh. And also you can have your birthday party here! That's so cool!

Who owns this location, this is one of the most ghetttoist Mcdonalds in history. Ghetto and not even Fabulous and if I had to guess the girl name that took my order I would say its Booquesha. Girl how did u mess up a plain burger....hooooooow. Mckinney is not ghetto but this Mcdonald's is. The corporate office need to get involved cause something not right at this location.
