It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with McDonald’s the food was horrible but the worst part was the staff I tried to talk to the manager Anna Rosa and as I was trying to talk to her she was laughing at me then doesn’t ask what was the problem she just said thank you and shut the doors very unprofessional. We got 2 big breakfasts and sausage egg McMuffin and we got 1 napkin 1 syrup the hash browns were soaked in grease and she just laughed at me when I tried to explain and show her. I would really like something done about this blatant show of disrespect and lousy customer service. I know McDonald’s doesn’t work this way. Now I wish I would’ve taken pictures of everything.
My experience has never been good at this location. tonight was my mcfriggin last straw. lady yelled at me thru drive thru with a mcattitude and the other person was not very mchappy. I’m sad to say this location is very mchostile. as the others in McKinney are more mchappy. Do better. Be like Ronald.
So my husband and I placed an order on the App this morning for 6 sausage biscuits and Hashbrowns. We paid the order in full. Once my husband arrived they tell him the payment didn't go through. So, he tried 3 different cards and they tell him all cards are declined. Now my husband had just used one of the cards at Walmart before arriving to get the food. I guests either him or the Manager suggested he just pay cash so he did.Now he calls me and tells me something is wrong with the cards they are not working.II checked the balance on all cards and they were more than enough money to cover the food. Secondly, I saw the charges for the App pulled from our bank account. He tells the manager this information and she tells him just to disputes the charge instead of retung our money. I think they are taking the cash for themselves.
This place is not willing to compromise, I went up and ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese and tomato, 2 cheese burgers with no pickles, and a third double quarter pounder with bacon. They then proceeded to take off the 2 pounders with tomato. We had used a 50% coupon and my dad was on the phone when I ordered. This place has no idea what they are doing and need new management and training. It's a shame that a place like this is still running eith the reviews and history with it.
