The staff is being trained to trick the customer into paying for upsell items. I have not shopped here in years so I wasn’t completely familiar with ordering. I only intended to purchase a sandwich for my disabled friend. The cashier then asked “what side would you like with that? I picked a salad being that it was implied that it was included. I then proceeded to pay and then the cashier stated for me to “chose 10% to get started “ I thought wow! Forcing me to tip. It was a very well played scam for me! I mentioned this to young MOD and he could have cared less to address my concerns. Just like I told him… I will not be coming back!

Walked in and was greeted by an employee named Chris, such a nice gentleman who helped me with my order and periodically checked up on me despite how busy it was. It was a very nice lunch experience

Excellent food. The day manager and his employees demonstrated amazing work ethic.

Me and a friend enjoy the food we both had the try 2 option with the baked potato I 'm a vegan so I said no cheese but my friend said it was pretty good
