Magic Cup Cafe Mckinney

The sweet cafe has a nice decoration and a good menu selection, but the drinks are served extremely slowly. The service is even worse when you are in a rush, making customers regret ever coming here. The place is unorganized and has a bad smell, with noisy and obnoxious children running around.

I absolutely adore Magic Cups. The atmosphere is cheerful and peaceful, making me feel content every time I visit. Whether I go with friends after school or have a relaxing day out with my mom, I always enjoy the inexpensive and scrumptious drinks. I appreciate that they hire high school students, giving them valuable work experience for their future. Overall, I give Magic Cups a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

I arrived at this restaurant a few minutes ago and ordered the jasmine tea with tapioca pearls. When I saw something inside my drink, I poured it into a glass at home and discovered six ants in it. It was absolutely disgusting. The person who paid for the order received a full refund, but the whole experience was still very unpleasant. I have never been a fan of the tea at this place, but it is conveniently located so I decided to give it a try.

I and my daughter decided to stop for a tee. when we ordered the dame that took our order, informed me that she would not have a boba ready for another 20 minutes. we decided to ask for some recommendations and was instead declared for lychee sub. my daughter ordered the icy honey-green tea with boba originally but per recommendation for the lyzee subbed . when we got our drinks, she was not a fan. I went back and asked if we could change the drink and the employee offered to leave the same drink. I asked if I could pay the difference for a fertilt instead. I was told that it is against the policy to take care of the customer and turn off the drink. the window staff continued to take the drink and tell me that it is not her fault that my daughter does not like the drink, and was extremely sarcastically even rolled her eyes a few times. she said we had to pay for a new drink. I asked about the manager who told her name tam, she repeated that she could only leave the drink after her staff had also withdrawn the drink. I was confused as the customer that I would have to pay in the round for another $5 if they recommended it, and we said we would pay a difference for a new drink. I understand that I didn't want to be wasted, but why should we be forced to keep a drink that we couldn't enjoy, what was recommended, and after that was raw and drinking open, they wanted to exchange and touch three people.

Nice menu for refreshment drinks and a cozy environment… nice and friendly staff
