Hello Boba - McKinney

Asked for no ice and still got ice, paid for extra toppings and didn’t get any toppings, took 30 minutes to make 2 drinks. All of these were on the labels but they still got it wrong

This family owned shop is my first foray into boba and they've been so patient and caring with my picky kids and me offering samples for us to try, and giving us an idea of what the flavors are that they offer. My daughter absolutely loves the taro milk tea with mango pops and I love the brown sugar milk tea half sweet with the honey boba. I've met both the husband and wife owners, talked to both each visit, gone on random times of the day, and have never had a bad drink or bad experience. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The manager and the guy that wears glasses and has a black beard is so nice please come to this

They pretend they aren't there if they don't want to take your order even though you can hear the mic.. We went and the drive through sign was on but they did not respond to us calling out despite the fact we could see them through the window. Maybe it's because we went late but it was before the last 30 minutes otherwise I wouldn't have went at all. Very frustrating none the less, Id rather them just say they aren't taking orders anymore then let you sit there.
