I always have a great experience when I pick up a DoorDash order, but this time James was particularly helpful and attentive! The food always smells fantastic. There's hand sanitizer at the entrance, and the staff is busy wearing masks, which is a huge plus for me!

The order needs to be read carefully. I requested a pizza with light cheese but received one with regular cheese instead. My son doesn't like a lot of cheese, so he removed it and ate it with just the paprika crust. The first time I ordered this pizza a week ago, it was perfect. It's important to ensure that orders are made according to request and that everything is included. Otherwise, I generally like this place, and I've usually had no issues.

This review is about a delivery experience. It initially took a while to reach the manager because I was speaking with someone who had limited English skills, which caused some delays. After that, I was transferred to another person, despite stating I wanted to speak directly with the manager. Eventually, I got through to the manager, Evan. Up until this point, my experience had only warranted one star, and technically, it should be two separate reviews. However, once I spoke with Evan, he was incredibly understanding and patient. He went above and beyond to meet my needs, offering discounts and adjustments that are not typically available for pizza. He truly made my night. Stellar performance!

We had my sons graduation in a family member house near this place so had placed a future order online as there was a pretty ride from where we came. Two separate accidents (also not involved) slowed us down and we were 15 minutes too late from time, but pizza was 't ready and I had to repeat my name about 3 times. I got the 3 pizzas and rushed to our own party for which we were too late. The order didn't seem quite right and I still wondered why the order has cash instead of the credit card I was sure I had entered. I then noticed that the name on the boxes was not my long story short, I never completely checked online and someone passed with a similar sounding surname to order 3 similar pizzas. Unfortunately until the time I checked, it was after everyone had already buried. At least I paid for it, but I feel bad that I got out with someone's order! You have good taste!

2019 Review: We moved to Woodstock last year and were really missing our Papa John's in Palatine, so we were delighted to find this location conveniently located on my route home from work. Ordered a large pizza with Italian Beef and green peppers. The bonus was that I only paid $2.14 as I had a $10 off coupon from the Rewards program. Sweet! Will definitely be back because we love our Papa John's. Only downfall is that there was no delivery option from this location to our new home. Update Jan 2021: Got my usual this time, a large Hawaiian BBQ pizza minus the bacon. This time I substituted green pepper in place of the bacon. Order was hot and on time as always! Have to say that it concerned me to see a full working staff in such a small place during these Covid times
