The Thunderbird Cafe - McGaheysville

This is Massanutten's best-kept secret! It's an adorable little café that offers all the breakfast classics along with some unique options, like the Reuben breakfast! The selection of mimosas is absolutely incredible! The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is fantastic!

Excellent experience! The service was friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the food quality was impressive. The Reuben sandwich was the best I've ever had, anywhere!

I visited Thunderbird Cafe in McGaheysville, VA, and ordered the kids' pancakes. To my surprise, they brought me an adult-sized portion instead. The server claimed I didn’t specify it was for kids, but I did. Anyway, it cost $11.98 for just two pancakes, which seems excessive. It shouldn't be that expensive to make pancakes.

Food is great and the staff is wonderful.
