They can not specify a telephone instruction. I come to the location and I command a combination pizza and ask the young guy who took my order if they don't take phone orders. he looks at the manager and I never say anything. it starts from above and you don't lead. sometimes radiates music and you have to command one. they will try to give them a 2 hours hot n, so make sure they ask how old is the pizza that has sat. customer service is 0 stars
I always order through the app, then pick up through the pizza portal. pizza is always hot and fresh. simple
They never answer the phone it gets fustrated I try calling from different cell phones and never pick up back service !
The pizza is tasty, no complaints about that. However, the restaurant lacks proper management. They rarely answer their phone, and there are usually no customers inside when I visit. I've even called from inside the restaurant and they just let it ring. The customer service definitely needs improvement.
