Starbucks - McDonough

Horrible drive-thru times. Line is constantly wrapped around the building. I've sat in line several times for over 20 minutes without even getting to place my order. Not sure if the place is short-staffed or what but they need to get it together. I don't even try to go here if I see more than 5 cars in the drive-thru, which is almost every time I try to go.

Everyone is always so friendly at this location. The beverages are on point and they never get frustrated with the mods I make. So glad to have this location to get my treat.

This restaurant tends to get quite busy from around 7:30 to 9:00 AM. The service is excellent! However, I did get sick twice, and my drink was too hot on two occasions. I'm hoping that using fresher milk would help avoid scorching the hot coffee lattes. The atmosphere is wonderful—friendly and clean. Overall, a great place!

The experience was terrible. What kind of establishment sees you arrive with all your gear, allows you to set up your computer, and even take your order, only to make you ask if their Wi-Fi is functional—only to inform you that it's not? They let you place your order, despite you clearly intending to stay (since you set your things down), and then they inform you that they close in just four minutes after you receive your drink. On top of that, the place is dirty. When I worked at Starbucks, my manager would never allow our store to be in such a poor state. It's hard to believe this is a brand new location.

What can I say about Starbees? I really like this location. It's clean and welcoming. The service is friendly and attentive. I don't notice many masks being worn anymore, although the sign is still posted on the door. There's also ample parking available.
