Shane's Rib Shack - McDonough

The ribs were very dry and small. I wouldn’t be surprised if they served the leftovers of a person who had already eaten. The coleslaw was overly minty. The best part on the plate was the BBQ sauce. I spent almost $20 on a rib dinner and still left hungry. I would never dine here again!

I was told my order would be ready at 7:06 PM, and I arrived around 7:08 PM. Now it’s 7:27 PM and I’m still sitting here with no one coming to update me or apologize for the delay. I’m very unimpressed. If the place had been packed, I might have understood, but it was more than half empty. By the time I received my meal, it was nice and cold.

I prefer Shane over other places nearby. The wait times are shorter, and we've always had positive experiences with both the food and cleanliness. There aren’t many options on this side of the square, so it's wonderful not to have to deal with the awful traffic in McDonough to get here.

Eat sucked tonight! the spellings were as small as boneless wings, half clogged, and we asked for 6 and we received 4 salat tasted disgusting. brot was burned. okra was burned. boneless wings do not taste all the cooked away. They usually have a good experience here, but tonight was a disappointment.

Food always great and staff I super friendly! I always enjoy going there whether eating in or take out! I love their curbside service especially ! Keep up the great work , Shane's Rib Shack!!
