Firehouse Subs Town Crest - McDonough

The service was a bit slow, but the manager efficiently kept the line moving. The hero sandwich I ordered was just what I expected. The other staff members were courteous as well. I'll definitely return to this restaurant when I'm in the area.

My first experience at Firehouse was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious! I was particularly impressed by the staff—they were friendly, polite, and constantly inquired if we needed anything. A big shoutout to the employees on September 19!

I set four stars because they're a little expensive. One of my favorite sandwiches is the Hook and Ladder.

I was very happy to find another firehouse after the closed in my area during the pandemic. You have the best sandwiches, especially the Italian sub. The situation is hidden from sight. The staff was nice and they made my order quickly. You just put a little too much deli mustard on my sub, but it was still delicious.

This was my first time ever visiting this chain. First impression was not good. I ordered online for pickup and when I walked in there were only a few people in the restaurant. There were about 6 employees or so and none even looked up at all when I walked in. After about 3 mins of me standing at the pickup counter one finally acknowledged and let me know they were still working on my order. Come on now. Even Home Depot greets people as they walk in ????? the sandwich itself was actually pretty good ?????
