Abslutely terrible competent service! was served by a person who claimed to be the mgr after waiting for 7-10 minutes on the theke, with "no "science, yet three more employees were aware of me. employee aka mgr who served me has no customer service label and had a bad attitude all the time and was very rude. probably not buy again at this place until new employees are hired. if not, shake it! I wish I could do this dunkin donut location a minus -0!!! dunkin donut!
I went to the car break for a coffee. I paid over credit card. to my surprise I was responsible for two separate fees. I went in right away and spoke to the danielle. she told me she could repay me for the coffee (what was $4.91) I wasn't worried about this attack. I was irritated by the separate $6.47 on my credit card. for those who have visited this coffee shop, check your credit card! I will not be back and I will fight like a hell of my money. I don't care if it was 2 cents. I don't like it, people/shops stealing!
Drive through took 20 minutes with only 4 cars in front. It is normal for this location to take a long time. They won?t take orders at the counter but will allow customers to dine in the seating area. (What? The coffee and donuts are usually pretty good.
It took half an hour to just to pick up a mobile order from the drive thru, they were as slow as molasses, food was good ,won't recommend cause so slow n didn't even apologize for anything. Showed that the employees just don't care I expect better fromDD.
