Checkers - McDonough

This is why I stick to certain locations. The food was terrible. I was wondering why my son didn't eat any of it. I looked in the bag. Fries greasy cold. Chicken patties old cold. I can't believe they served that. I called to get a refund. No one has contacted me back yet. I just called again today, and he said they are working on it. I buy my son Checkers/Rally's ALL the time, and this has been the absolute worst food ever. I'm tired of paying my hard earned money out for stuff and the establishment not caring about what they are serving people.

I don't like the fact that they always tell you to pull around to a passenger side door of my car so now I have to get out and walk to the window to get my food and this has been going on for a while checkers please fix this issueKid-friendliness: The staff is ok they could smile a little though
