Papa Johns Pizza - McDaniels

They've undercooked our pizza twice, the second time resulting in a stomach bug.

They seem to always have delicious pizza . And always get your order right

Extremely poor service, was quoted 45 min delivery, waited for 1hr 35 mins for cold pizza that sat in someone’s car for god knows how long. Manager said he couldn’t even tell me when my pizza left the store.

Normally I have a decent experience here but today just ticked me off. 2 pizzas and a cheese stick. None of it was cut at all. Very aggravating to serve without cutlery on the go when you assume they would actually CUT it and not just put lines in it. Garlic butter had a leak, and leaked all over my seat. Dude inside smoking, not sure what just seen the smoke.

Save your money they can’t do anything right. Last two orders I got a meats substitute sausage for italian sausage, it was wrong both times and this time found a huge beard hair in my pizza how convenient that half the guys in the store had beards papa John’s has gone down hill they used to take pride in their food and customer service now you can’t even talk to an American at the store the call gets routed to India.
