Kfc - McComb

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a box dinner with a sweet tea. When I got to the window, the lady handed me my drink and I noticed it was warm and had no ice. I asked if she had ice, but she shook her head no and seemed caught off guard. I started to doubt if that was true. As I drove away and took a sip of the tea, I realized it was unsweetened and very warm. It seems like there is always an issue with my order at this location. The food is good, but it would have been even better with the sweet iced tea I had originally ordered.

I am not a big fan of KFC, but I went there to purchase a meal for a homeless person. I also decided to buy a wing for myself. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I requested for the two orders to be bagged separately and the workers at the window had an attitude about it. Their poor customer service skills made me doubt if I would return to that location in the future.

To start with, I wish I had checked the bucket of chicken I ordered before leaving the restaurant. I paid $47 for a 16-piece bucket, but when I got home, there were only 12 pieces. The woman who handed me the order initially said it was a 12-piece, but another worker insisted it was a 16-piece. The woman then admitted she had misspoken, but it turned out the order was indeed only 12 pieces. If she was unsure, she should have double-checked before giving it to me. I am not sure if the staff uniforms have any significance, but the woman who made the mistake was wearing all black and was shorter in stature. I will not go back to the restaurant to get the missing chicken pieces as it is too far away. Additionally, the chicken seemed overcooked and tasted burnt, indicating a need for a change in oil. The only positive aspect of my experience was the friendly lady who took my order. If you are considering KFC, I suggest trying Church's Chicken nearby, as I have had a good experience there.

Customer service can be alot better, but now a days many people lack professionalism when serving others. Especially in a fast food restaurant. The wait is longer than expected and food is well , okay. I don't eat here often, but when I do it's alwaysthe same experience. Has been this way for years.

My order wasn't correct. Plus I had to ask twice for dipping sauce. But service was fast.
