Shrimp cocktails stole my heart this time. with the carrots. we celebrated my cousin birthday. his personalized menu won him. thank you!
Looked at the chefs bar above and got some mac and cheese to taste the perfectly cooked speck as well as beautiful melted cheese with a type brot on top not safe on the type of cheese, but very delicious. for an appetizer I had the quail knots, which are apparently quail legs/upper legs over an asiago polnta, which is in a round a cheese-bream) and a granatapfel gastrique. what is in the ground a caramelized granatapfelsauce) they all couple very well with each other and I found the best way to eat was to have a little of everything that loses their mouth, instead of putting a thing in their mouth to a time. I had never quailed, but that was a very tasty vogel. succulent and supple I am very glad that my first experience was with quail here. as a large food type I highly recommend to sit in the cooking bar when they love eating because there is something about the location to see you eat cooked, that makes them appreciate it more. the chefs also change gloves to cook constantly, which is a very good sign that they keep the ding hygienic and cross-contamination to a mere minimum. as a deer I had something from the menu as it was limited in the amount to the time, but I had a fresh yellow **** and over all the fish itself was an 8 out of 10. in my opinion, they used a lot of spices, which although large on their own exaggerated the fish, if only a little bit. I love a good yellow **** itself and it was perfectly cooked in every sight. it put on a sauce of any kind was not on the menu, so I couldn't say) and I found myself drizzling the sauce itself over the fish because I was very fond of it. Unfortunately, I was a little overzeal with the quail that I forgot to make a picture, but here is the yellow dick. all about a place I highly recommend, because so far it is the closest very fine food I tried in the valley, and I hope they continue what they do for many years. I wanted more because I myself am a very big eater, so I also had her 16 Oz-Sirloin medium rare. the steak was perfectly seasoned with its own mix and cooked for perfection. even the spatula and the kartoffels that should be one side came out to complicate the steak very well. I found myself wishing I had more of these pages so I could fit them all in my mouth. excellent and friendly service. would recommend everyone.
The service was phenomenal, our server sebastian was great! the food presentation was impressive, we had a reservation, but decided to sit on the cookable to see the preparation process while we enjoyed our meal. the chefs do not disappoint, beat the place in the house! 5 stars all the way! my man and I love all delgado collective restaurants!
The filet was tender and tasty, vegetables were grilled and crispy. the one-pot had a nice smokey taste. last but not least macaroni was skrumple. it was a family style to serve and I had to keep everything from eating.
Food/Desserts were absolutely amazing best place to try duck for your fist time and quail nuts as for drinks I highly recommend the lavender drink. Took our two yr old daughter along and got some amazing mac an cheese for her as well so kids are no problem. Definitely will be going again soon to try the rabbit .
