Buffalo Wild Wings - McAllen

Had the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and it was ok. Update... Went again to ordered but this time it was to go, but my dad wanted to sit down to have a beer while we wait. We sat and waited for a menu or a server but nothing. We had to get up and let them know, a server came and took the order and he repeated the order but when it came out it was wrong. He said I didn't order it. Any who food was ok service was not good, so it went from 4 stars to 3 stars.

We sat at the table for approximately 15 minutes, we were not greeted or offered a menu. The manager in the red shirt was too busy visiting with some people at a table or sitting in a corner. The place was fairly packed, but once we moved to the BAR the service was a lot better. The shift manager could definitely do a better job at managing the shift to ensure the customers are being tended to.

What is up with the wings? They look like popcorn shrimp. Wings so expensive for the size of what you’re getting. It’s not like a couple years ago where you get what you pay for. Not worth it anymore. Let’s call them shrimp wings. I guess they may be making up for the pandemic loss, who knows.

DONT DO PICKUP! Ordered the 20/20 bundle and it was horrible. The traditional wings were so over cooked. The fries were soggy, and the ranch was water downed. Horrible, never will go there again. Ruined my family time dinner.
