When we wanted to take a break from camp food we loved grabbing a burger at Portal Peak Lodge Store Cafe! The waitress was super friendly and helpful, and the burger itself was delicious. It was the perfect place to refuel after a morning of bird watching – so convenient to have both indoor and outdoor seating, letting you enjoy the views while you eat. Highly recommend!

We just had an amazing pizza and a grilled chicken sandwich. The food is wonderful and the staff is super friendly. It's like having dinner with friends. I would HIGHLY recommend

I came as a solo traveler to bird watch. This was ideal. I unfortunately had a flat tire and an employee of the lodge was able to help me fix it at great inconvenience to himself. The rooms are basic but safe and quiet. The birds were phenomenal as is the setting. I highly recommended this place.

We normally love this place but there’s no way 4 meals and with a couple drinks would come out to be $250 (a tip would have made it $300). Even at full exaggerated price for everything I only get $170. I believe we were ripped off so BEWARE OF THIS PLACE !
