The food is decent, but the service leaves much to be desired. Most of the drive-thru staff are young girls, many of whom are still in high school or just out of it. They tend to skip over cars and assist those who arrive later, leaving the rest of us waiting without any attention. It's essential for them to be trained properly to do their jobs; it shouldn't be too difficult to go from car to car in order and check if assistance is needed. I've sat there for 30 minutes honking my horn, and they didn't even acknowledge me. Overall, the service is quite terrible.
