Kash North Wing - Mbarara

A beautiful place to stay. although I expected they had a standby power supply

The restaurant has large, clean rooms, but the food leaves something to be desired.

The restaurant is very good, quiet, and spacious, but the food is lacking.

I have visited this hotel multiple times. The rooms are clean and nice. They have different rates for Ugandans and foreigners, which they sometimes try to enforce. During my stay, I was charged a different rate each night due to the changing staff at the front desk. The breakfast was a light, self-serve buffet, but it was enough to hold me over until lunchtime.

Lousy! Looks good on the outside, but once in the room, everything turns ugly. Expensive for nothing, lousy breakfast and couldn't even provide hot water. Apart from the fact that it's located on the main road which makes accessibility easy, and apart from the fact that it looks nice from outside, the service is very poor. Can I recommend it, No! Will I and my friends ever go back, NO! We were quite many but were all disappointed!
