Przekaż informację zwrotnąI hate to admit it, but this gringo/gringa was looking for a change of pace after a month of local food. Chinese was a perfect change of pace. We have eaten there twice a week now for the past two weeks, having tried several dishes - including the chicken and beef Chow Mein, the Cantonese chicken and the Chicken Verdura (vegetables). ALL the dishes were incredible and the prices are unbelievably good. You get a large platter of fresh meat and veggies stir fried and then served with a bowl of rice, either fried or plain steamed (that's my preference). An entrée is only about 60 pesos including the rice which at the current exchange rate is something less than $5 USD so the prices are great! The servings are so large that in fact we usually share (one adult man and one adult woman) a dish for dinner each night and if we need an extra rice that was another 10 pesos, a total bargain. My fave was the Cantonese chicken which had some thinly sliced chilis and a nice little kick, which I loved. The family who owns the place and runs it run a wonderful, friendly and clean business. They didn't speak much English, but the menu is clear and easy to understand and we simply pointed at photos of dishes we wanted and held up fingers to clarify. The menu has photos of each item making it easy to see what you will get The restaurant is on Serdan about 3 blocks north of the Mercado toward the Malecon and just far enough from the crowds of the Centro area. Can't wait to come back!
Good fried rice. very good meals and enough for three. eierrolles were not very good. they were creamed with a garnel in the middle. must be exactly what they do. the service was ok.
