I did my probath in high school kitchen. the teachers are very, aberton mme and senizergue mme (who are parts) that the cpe listens, accompanies us and they also do a lot of things to improve our comfort, the supervisors who help us in the duties for certain subjects where they have gone well. at the level of the teachers who taught us a lot of things. the only problem is the year of the covid which was very difficult, but the staff applied only the protocol.

It's a good place to make a good walk.

Having exited this establishment with a cooking and a hotel and catering course I will tell you from my point of view that teachers are great and accompany young people super well. boarding school is super good quality and comfort. the only problem I regret is a cpe and some supervisors who are incompetent and who do not deserve their place but the rest is great. the restaurant is of an irreproachable hygiene and the atmosphere is nice. This high school is worth a shot for your child who would like to do the job of the kitchen or the profession of the service.

Very good compromise between high French cuisine and our young beginners in the profession! Only open in school. Financial benefit
