Mcdonald's - Maywood

The breakfast at McDonald's is delicious, but the staff could use some improvement. They don't seem motivated to assist customers. We've decided to stop going there and prefer to visit the McDonald's at Slauson and Atlantic instead, as they seem to provide better service.

This is the best McDonald's in Maywood! I eat here every day.

The drive-thru experience is incredibly frustrating. They consistently take a long time to take orders, even on slower days when there are still plenty of cars in line. Once you reach the ordering spot, it can take nearly five minutes for someone to serve you. Sometimes I prefer to drive to a different McDonald's instead. The wait times are terrible, even when it's not busy.

I can never comprehend how McDonald's has twice as many employees as any other fast food chain, yet it takes them twice as long to serve anything. I've been waiting for my McGriddle for 10 minutes, and they haven't completed a single order apart from drive-thru.

I visited McDonald's around 3:15 PM and ordered a Happy Meal for my daughter. After placing the order, I took her to the restroom, but there were no toilet seat covers available. When I asked a staff member about it, she simply told me there weren’t any and didn’t bother to check or offer an alternative solution. I believe the restrooms should be properly stocked for customers.
