The only disappointment I had during my visit was regarding the use of our $5 bonus cards. Before placing our order, I asked the waitress if we needed to use each individual $5 card for the four bonus cards we had or if we could use just one for the total. She seemed unsure and didn't provide a clear answer. When the manager came over, he took back two of the four bonus cards and informed me that I couldn't use them as I had hoped. I was frustrated because I had already sold the other two cards after confirming with the waitress that it would be fine. It felt like there was a lack of clear communication and service etiquette. Overall, this experience detracted from my enjoyment. I've purchased $300 worth of gift cards, and I expected better service.

The experience was enjoyable, although the restaurant was quite empty. It did take a while for our food to arrive, and there was a couple next to us who seemed quite emotional, crying and weeping.

Had a reservation. Took 40 minutes just to get drinks. When we complained they said it was busy and they were short staffed. It was 6:30, not even peak hours, and the place wasn’t even near full. Not even an apology. All drafts were broken and the manager didn’t even know until we told her. Her actual response “I’ve been in Florida all week and I just got back today”. One basket of “complimentary” chips for 7 people seriously. Appetizers took over an hour. Food was an hour plus. Ribs were tough and I could barely pry the meat off the bone. Brisket was dry too. Had to beg for drink refills. Server and manager couldn’t have cared less. Nothing like the Famous Dave’s we used to visit frequently in Minnesota. My advice go somewhere else.

Manger Clyde offers some of the best food around, especially when the service is attentive.

The food was good as always but service was poor. We waited at least five minutes after our meals were brought to our table for silverware. We told the server when our meals came out, yet she checked in with two other tables then went in the back for several minutes before finally bringing it. When we mentioned we had been waiting for awhile, she did not apologize. She just looked at us.
