Chuck E. Cheese - Mays Landing

The restaurant doesn't feel the same as it did a few years ago. The staff has been cut back and the prices are too high. However, I still bring my kids here during the winter months because there aren't many other options in the area.

The customer service at the Mays Landing location was clean, organized, and exceptional. As parents who typically plan birthday celebrations at home, we were extremely pleased with our experience. The manager personally checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly and offered to help in any way possible. The games were modern and well-maintained, and the carpets and tables were new and spotless. Our hostess was fantastic, not only did she handle our party with ease, but she also did a great job engaging the children and creating a fun atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We booked a birthday party at this restaurant and were disappointed by the lack of service. We had no host greet us, had to seek out the manager for assistance, and experienced a disorganized and slow service. Despite booking a party package in advance, we had to repeatedly ask for everything promised in the package. It took 20 minutes to speak with the manager, only to be told that we could not be seated in the party room. We were also informed that there were no same-day reservations, despite us calling ahead. The package included 3 balloons, 2 medium pizzas, 6 playing cards, and drinks, but these items were not provided until 35 to 40 minutes later. Although my daughter enjoyed herself, the overall service was subpar and we felt we could have been treated better. The staff at the front were not knowledgeable about the party packages. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience and do not recommend this location for events.

Clean, simple and good party planning. the birthday workers make a great job. the security at the door should check a picture of them with their children to make sure their children go with them. a good idea if they don't enforce it.

Staff was very helpful. The mouse came out often danced with kids. Young kids were constantly cleaning, sweeping, emptying trash bins. Very pleasant experience.
