Chili's Grill - Mays Landing

The food and every thing is gooo, awsome food, not so much about the drink. But everything well done.

Don't order To Go(curbside). If your expecting your food Curbside you are highly mistaken. You will get a text saying your food will be out shortly after stating you are here the restaurant was not busy whatsoever . I waited over 10 minutes and saw people coming in and out, got fed up walked, found my food sitting on a metal shelf under paid. Sorry I left a 15% tip for self service when it was not deserved. Food was cold and tasteless. Cajun chicken pasta was dry had no salt. Sirloin steak was rubbery and tasteless. Can't believe I spent so much for food that was so not worth the paid.

Call them twice for order then person on the phone hang on the phone after she took us the third time and she told us that we can not get the food because the keer twist of the frit just tell us that it is late but stop hanging the phone

That was great. I have the fajita trio and a long island. the waitress was great, very friendly.

I have never received worse service at a restaurant. I was a party of 5 at 3:00 on a Sunday. There were quite a few tables filled so there was a small wait, which I understand. A waitress came up to us quickly for our drink and food orders and then disappeared. We waited over 40 minutes for our food, meanwhile the waitress was nowhere to be found during that time. Everyone needed a drink refill, but couldn’t even find the waitress so ask for more. I would understand if she was busy with other tables but none of us could see her at any other section of the dining area. I have worked in the food industry before and usually servers keep their tables updated if the food is going to take an excessive amount of time. I don’t understand how someone can be so poor with customer service when most of their pay relies on tips. Also the avocados on the food were rotten.
