McDonald's - Maylands

Wonderful clean restaurant, friendly staff, plenty of parking, double drive thru if you're in a hurry. They make great Coffee here too

I have had to use this maccas five times now.Not - once - has the service been adequate let alone good!Choose fine in and get coffees in a takeaway cup...no location things by the kiosks, call you for your burger as if your taking it away! Most times you can't hear them call anyway because the music is too loud. Your not eating in a nice atmosphere it's like a **** disco.The staff on the whole are very lacking in terms of care and thought for the customer.If this was my franchise - I would be sacking the management for sure. If the management is in fact the franchisee then all I can say is STOP playing around and get some control and standards in place!!!

I don't think I've experienced worse service. The I couldn't care less attitude is strong here. Bypass McDonald's Maylands at all costs, disgraceful

Waited at the order box this morning and had to ask " is anyone there ? " to be served, then proceeded to the window where a girl had her iphone on the counter next to the cash register playing music ... I would assume she was also using it as she neglected to see me waiting. I then waited several minutes in the drive through waiting to collect my purchase.

My choc top was very small and im disappointed in the service that is given every time i go there. All of the younger girls need to learn how to make a successful choc top.
