Onyx Espresso - Mayfield

I strongly recommend visiting Onyx, especially for breakfast. The service is excellent, and the food is outstanding. Leya, Kath, and the team were incredibly friendly, and the coffee is the best you'll find anywhere. One dish I definitely suggest ordering is the Onyx Brekky Burger—it's absolutely divine. They also offer a variety of fresh cold-pressed juices that are delicious. To top it all off, don't miss out on trying the Chewy Caramel Tim Tam Frappe; it's a must-have!

ONYX is undoubtedly the best café in Newcastle. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, fresh, and beautifully presented! The coffee is fantastic, and they offer a wide variety of drinks, including exquisite freshly squeezed juices. ONYX is incredibly inclusive of all its customers, which is wonderful given Mayfield's diverse community. I love supporting small businesses, especially ONYX! Keep up the great work; your team is amazing, and we truly appreciate all of you!

I stopped by for a bacon and egg roll along with a coffee, and I was impressed! The roll was incredibly tasty and packed with so much bacon that I almost needed a knife to cut through it. The eggs were cooked to perfection! Plus, the coffee came in a generous cup, all at a great price. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone!

I love Onyx, I am always greeted with smiles and kindness. I always get the scrambled eggs with a side of tater tots and it is my absolute favourite! The outdoor area is so pleasant and lovely. 10/10 would recommend, really approachable staff!
