However, I do have an issue with the corporate signage, overall clarity of pricing, and potential misleading information. Despite this, I cannot blame the employees as this is not within their control. Apart from my concerns in that area, my experiences here have been great. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at a 4 out of 5.
Overall, I highly recommend trying the coffee roll and Dunkin' Refreshers from this restaurant. The prices are very affordable, making it a great option for a budget-friendly meal on the go.
I am not a fan of lukewarm coffee, especially if it was made at midnight. I simply wanted a hot coffee in the morning. Is that too much to ask for? I had to wait 15 minutes and I was not pleased.
We asked for a Latte and two Double espressos. They put the two espressos in the same cup and said it was the latte and overcharged us.
I used to love this Dunkin. But for the past year I have had to travel somewheres else just to get a drink made right and the food cooked right. I get the same drink every single time, and its impossible for me to walk out with the right drink. I could specify it to the tee and still have it made wrong. I gave this place a chance today after a horrible experience a couple weeks ago, and still the same lady and still couldn’t get my drink right. This horrible experience I mentioned is I asked for a latte, and she charged me a latte. 5$. Gave me a regular iced coffee. Which costs 3$. Knowingly I turned right around walked in and asked if there latte machine is working, turns out it’s was BROKEN. Same lady made my drink and put my order in that day, and blows my mind that u charged me a latte with the latte machine broken but hands me a regular coffee. I have always been asked if I want the signature latte or just the latte it’s self, she had the audacity today to say “oh well if you don’t tell us, that’s how it goes in”. But any other Dunkin ASKS. Why is it you don’t ? Your store doesn’t? I didn’t ask for a signature coco mocha latte I asked for a MOCHA LATTE. Very big difference. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
