Captain D's - Mayfield

I enjoyed my meal a lot! The food was served piping hot, and the waitress was incredibly friendly. I was able to get my food quickly, and I absolutely love dining there.

I decided to forgo renting a limousine, and they didn't charge me for it—something you rarely see these days! Thank you, Captain D's!!! Your hospitality surpasses all others!

Wow! I always order the #5 at Wels Festival whenever I visit Captain D's, and I always get the double okra cooked to perfection!

We have been disappointed in them for discontinuing their kids meal fish tenders because we can't eat that big piece of fish so we always chose it instead. They were favorite place to eat in Mayfield

Overall have been good service and friendly staff. However please have anyone that is handling food wear a hair net! Today's lunch from the drive thru had several long knotted strands of hair in my shrimp. To the garbage the dish went. And for the record it's not my hair as I am bald. So please have your staff wear proper gear when handling food as it is disgusting to find hair in your food. Thanks.
