I visited on Monday, May 16, at 9:53 PM, and the assistant manager, Skylar, had already closed the cash register. I was under the impression that the store closed at 10 PM, but I was not allowed to make any purchases. It's unfortunate that he was having a tough day and wanted to leave early, but a business should not close before their scheduled hours. This experience reflects poor customer service and is not how an assistant manager should handle paying customers. Due to this happening multiple times before, I've decided to take my business elsewhere.
I recently ordered a pizza from her, and I have to say, it's the best I've had from this place! Her pizzas are outstanding, and her beauty just adds to the experience.
I called ahead at 3 pm to pick pizzas up at 5. When I got here at 5 they were just making the pizzas. I paid for them and asked if I got “buy one get half off second large” and the clerk said she couldn’t change the bill. It is 5:25 and still waiting and no discount!
