The Bourbon Barrel Room - Maumee

We have visited this place twice over the past year and have had the same experience both times. We sat at the bar both times and had dinner. The bartenders appear to be very busy, scurrying around, but mostly spinning their wheels in place. Not friendly at all, and very inattentive. The food is at best mediocre. Perhaps we should only order pizza. That looks good. Will not be back.

Food was very good. Salads are great with a nice mix of lettuce and vegetables. Ambiance is fun. Awesome menu selections of salads, sandwiches, pizzas and meals. Service was slow which was only drawback. A nice place to dine when at Fallen Timbers!

Been here several times. Fun family atmosphere, we had a nice guy server and pizza with variety of crusts is overall above average. Unfortunately it always takes way too long to get the food out. Last time our group waited 40-45 minutes from ordering to served food.

Visited for an after production party to celebrate. Melissa our wait staff was efficient and very collective while attending to several orders at once. The pizza is really good. They have a nice menu and an overall pleasant family friendly atmosphere. Will surely return to sample other dishes.

This restaurant is usually pretty good, but not this time. The signature dish, onion soup, was served in a hot bowl straight from the oven, but the soup itself was only lukewarm. The waitress also made a mistake with the beer order. The chicken chunks were average, served with only two skinny 3-inch pieces of celery. The restaurant was very busy and they seemed to be overwhelmed.
