Red Flame Teriyaki Sushi - Maumee

I have usually liked this restaurant, but my last two visits were not great. The last time I ordered takeout, the teriyaki had too much sauce, and this time I got the Dynamite roll which wasn't cooked properly, making the rice taste doughy. The staff are always friendly though!

The restaurant serves delicious food at reasonable prices. The store is clean and the staff is polite. I definitely recommend this place.

7/10/22 our first time visiting this location, we were very pleased. We stopped in around 3pm. The staff was courteous, and the food was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly, that person deserves a raise lol. Our plates didn't arrive at the same timehowever the quality of our food beyond made up for that.

I had a fantastic experience at this small sushi and hibachi restaurant in Maumee. Tyler provided excellent service, and the food was served quickly and was both hot and delicious.

This is a charming restaurant with very friendly staff, though the prices are a bit high. The salads were fresh and the dumplings were tasty. However, the teriyaki steak was overcooked and difficult to chew, with a portion being too tough to eat. The sushi had too much wasabi for only four pieces, which could help cut costs. Overall, the restaurant has potential for improvement.
