Rayoka Japanese Steakhouse Sushi

I ordered two sushi rolls. The glass city roll was humble yet absolutely delicious, so much so that I ordered another one just to make sure I could fully appreciate it. Although smaller, this roll became my favorite; it had just the right level of spice, and the fish was incredibly fresh and flavorful. My only complaints would be the long wait times and slightly higher prices than usual. Nevertheless, we will definitely be coming back! I included a picture of the glass city roll; unfortunately, I didn’t get a photo of the spider roll because I devoured it too quickly. UPDATE: We returned on two separate occasions to celebrate birthdays, but unfortunately, the food was not up to par. On both nights, my husband and I ended up spending a lot of time in the bathroom.

The happy hour here is fantastic! The sushi is good, especially the updated rolls, which we prefer. The traditional sushi served during happy hour is still quite enjoyable. The service has always been attentive and friendly. We didn't get a chance to try the Hibachi, but our friends have mixed opinions about it.

On Monday, the service was slow even though the restaurant wasn't busy. There was just one cook working, and the bartender took a long time to serve our drinks, which ended up having old, rotten limes in them. The prices were also quite high. To top it off, they even invited us to cook our own rice—it's all clearly stated on the menu! The food tasted just like any other hibachi place; there's nothing special about the sushi rolls that I haven't already seen or tasted elsewhere. I definitely won't be returning! The restaurant was also very small, so we could easily hear conversations from nearby tables, which added to the noise.

The second time here definitely does not disappoint the first time that one of their cocktails is unique. In any case, the roll de yum sushi roll? great customer service friendly chef cook the hibachi very funny times when it definitely loves this atmosphere and vibes!

Great service the moment we walked in. Sushi was excellent. Hibachi was fun and cooked perfectly. Large portions.
